THE CUFF

HOW DO I ADJUST MY BRACELET ?

Our cuff is made with very good quality material. Our brand mantra as you saw is "once you wear it, never leave it" Which means that you keep it on you. The material used is stubborn so it is hard to put it on and off everyday. 

However, It’s a very simple device ; you just need to put on the bracelet and push on both side of it so it can fit perfectly to your wrist. Checkout our Instagram to watch the tuto.

 

CAN I SHOWER WITH THE BRACELET ON ?

Of course you can, once again, "never leave it", our bracelet are stainless steel.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT RECIEVED IS DAMAGE OR FAULTY ?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at team@musujewels.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible. You have 1 day after delivery to send us your message. After this delay, we can't take in charge your item.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?

Unfortunaly, you can’t cancel your order. We’re still a small company and we can’t afford to cancel orders as it demands additional mesures.

 

ARE OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS RESTOCKED ?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.
